Talha Chaudhry, DO is an Internal Medicine Resident Doctor and Portrait/Documentary Photographer based in Northern New Jersey.
Hailing from the vibrant nation of Pakistan, Talha embarked on a journey at the age of two in pursuit of the quintessential American dream. Settling in New Jersey, he swiftly imbibed the richness of his diverse surroundings and reveled in his scholarly pursuits. During his tenure at NJIT, where he earned a distinguished degree in Biomedical Engineering, Talha's keen eye was captivated by the ethereal art of photography.
Inspired by the beauty of nature and family, Talha's passion for photography was ignited and he spent countless hours honing his craft. Following his graduation, he embarked on a gap year that took him to locales such as Japan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and his beloved homeland, Pakistan. His travels were documented through his camera lens and his work bore the hallmark of a passionate and committed documentary photographer.
As destiny would have it, Talha's relentless pursuit of knowledge and service led him to enroll at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. During his tenure, he discovered a newfound love for event photography and was swiftly acclaimed as the "class photographer". He took on the role of Director of Photography for Humans of Rowan SOM, a highly successful project that was inspired by the legendary Brandon Stanton's Humans of NY. The profound impact of this project further fuelled his passion for portrait photography, where he had the opportunity to immortalize the stories of individuals from all walks of life.
Talha's unwavering dedication and exceptional skill have earned him a distinguished position as a resident physician at NJMS, marking the next milestone in his journey. As he embarks on this new phase of his life, he carries with him the same passion, commitment, and artistic vision he discovered all those years ago.
